This Privacy Policy explains how we ("PushRush, "us," or
"our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the
PushRush mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the
"Service").
PushRush is intended for users aged 13 and older. Please read the
Children and Teen Users section carefully.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
We may collect:
- Account and identity information: your email address, name, profile image,
and the unique account identifier supplied by Apple or Google when you choose
social sign-in.
- Profile information: your display name, username or handle, avatar,
age, fitness motivation, workout frequency, biography, language, and time
zone.
- Fitness and competition information: exercises, rep counts, battle
scores, match results, streaks, achievements, XP, rank, rewards, and related
performance statistics.
- Social information: friends, friend searches, challenges, invitations,
and interactions with other players.
- Communications: information you include when contacting us for support,
feedback, privacy requests, or other inquiries.
Please do not include medical diagnoses or other unnecessary sensitive
information in your profile, biography, username, or messages.
Information collected automatically
We may automatically collect:
- Device and app information: operating system (iOS or Android), app
version, device notification token, and notification registration status.
- Approximate location: country inferred from network information, such as
your IP address. PushRush does not request precise GPS location.
- Network and security information: IP address, request time, request ID,
authentication and session information, and limited server logs used to
operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
- Service activity: feature interactions, account state, match activity,
and records needed to prevent abuse, settle competitions, and maintain
progression.
