These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and PushRush ("PushRush," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the PushRush mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Teen Users

You must be at least 13 years old to use PushRush. If the law where you live requires you to be older before you can use an online service without parental consent, you may use PushRush only with the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf. A parent or guardian who permits a minor to use the Service is responsible for the minor's use of the Service.

You may not use the Service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

2. The Service

PushRush uses on-device camera and pose-detection technology to count bodyweight exercise repetitions and lets users participate in fitness challenges and live competitions. The Service may include profiles, friends, invitations, leaderboards, achievements, rankings, virtual rewards, and other fitness or social features.

We may add, remove, suspend, or change features. We will provide notice when required by law if a change materially reduces a paid feature.

The Service requires compatible hardware, software, and internet access. Carrier, data, and other third-party charges are your responsibility.

3. Health and Safety

PushRush is a fitness and entertainment service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or emergency services. Exercise guidance, rep counts, form feedback, scores, and other outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

Before exercising:

• consult a qualified medical professional if you have a medical condition, injury, disability, are pregnant, take medication that may affect exercise, or have concerns about your ability to exercise safely;
• use a clear, stable, and safe exercise area;
• secure your device so it cannot fall or cause injury;
• warm up appropriately and use proper technique; and
• follow any medical advice or physical limitations applicable to you.
